A better way to bring your experiences together

Hotels and resorts offer more than ever before. From signature dining and spa treatments to outdoor adventures, family activities, and seasonal celebrations, every experience presents another opportunity for guests to enjoy their stay.

As the number of offerings grow, discovery can become more difficult.

A long list of experiences isn't always the best way to showcase everything a property has to offer. Some experiences naturally belong together. Others become more compelling when presented around a particular season, event, or occasion.

With Galleries, brands can bring these experiences together into dedicated, shareable pages, making it easier to promote what's happening and helping guests find what interests them.

More experiences, without the crowded Storefront

A growing experience list means more for guests to do and more opportunities to generate revenue. But more offerings don't always make for a better browsing experience.

Consider a resort with several bike rentals, cabana options, private lessons, dining experiences, and seasonal activities. Displaying every offering individually can make the Storefront difficult to navigate.

The challenge isn't deciding which experiences to remove. It's finding a better way to present them.

Storefronts & Galleries lets you organize your offerings into focused collections, keeping your Storefront easier to explore without limiting what guests can discover.

Create dedicated pages for moments worth promoting

Some experiences belong together not because they're similar, but because they share a season, event, or occasion.Consider the holidays. A property might offer festive afternoon tea, Christmas Eve dining, gingerbread decorating, seasonal spa treatments, and a New Year's Eve celebration.

Rather than promoting each individually, you can bring them together in a dedicated Holiday Experiences gallery.

The same approach works throughout the year:

  • Summer at the Resort. Beach activities, bike rentals, outdoor dining, and sunset experiences.

  • The Festive Season. Holiday dining, family activities, seasonal treatments, and celebrations

  • Wellness Weekend. Yoga classes, spa treatments, guided hikes, and wellness activities.

  • Destination Events. Experiences curated around local festivals, sporting events, and special occasions.

Each Gallery has its own shareable URL, so you can promote these collections through pre-arrival emails, marketing campaigns, your property website, and social media.Instead of sending guests to your general Storefront, direct them to a page built around what you're promoting.

Experiences also remain available through your main Storefront while appearing in relevant marketing Galleries.

Group similar offerings under one storefront tile

Not every Gallery needs a marketing campaign. Sometimes, the opportunity is simply making similar experiences easier to browse.

Imagine offering five bike rentals: beach cruisers, electric bikes, children's bikes, mountain bikes, and tandem bikes.

Rather than displaying five separate tiles on your Storefront, group them under a single Bike Rentals tile. Guests can open the Gallery, explore the options, and choose what suits them.

The same approach works across your property:

  • Cabanas & Daybeds. Compare poolside options, locations, inclusions, and pricing.

  • Beach Bonfires. Explore different packages and configurations.

  • Private Lessons. Compare individual sessions and lesson formats.

  • Equipment Rentals. Explore related rental options in one place.

The goal isn't to create more categories. It's to group experiences when doing so makes guests' choices easier to understand.

One tile on the Storefront. Every relevant option inside.

Make more of what your property offers

Your property already has experiences worth discovering. The opportunity is to present them in ways that make sense to your guests.

Whether you're promoting seasonal programming, building a campaign around an upcoming event, or organizing everyday offerings, Galleries helps guests find and book what's relevant to them.

Create dedicated destinations for moments worth promoting, group similar offerings, and give guests a more focused way to explore everything your property offers.
